Your professionalism, from the first contact with Ethan through the initial quote process to job completion, put the competition to in their place – a distance second at best. Thank you for the precision and personality that each team member brought to his designated task. I was also extremely impressed with the attentiveness to damage prevention and the measures taken mid- and post-job cleanup. My only regret is that I am not of the financial means to keep a crew on retainer. :)
